  • Refill Request

    When your candle is nearing the end of its cycle (about 1 cm left of wax), it’s time to order a refill. You can click on ‘Pour a Refill’ below to initiate the refill process.

  • Pick Up

    We have pick up availability throughout the entire Lisbon Region. We thoroughly clean your ceramic vessel for you and prepare it with a new FSC wooden wick to be refilled.

  • Pour

    We will then hand pour your new candle with the fragrance of your choosing and carefully cure your candle for 2 weeks. This process enriches the full bodied aroma of your candle.

  • Delivery

    After your candle has cured, we will notify you that your candle is ready! Based on your preference, your candle will be delivered to your pickup location or shipped directly to you.

The candle industry has a history of producing waste. A significant contributor to this waste is single use vessels that are thrown away after the life of the candle. An estimated 2 billion candles are sold every year, with the majority ending up in landfills. Many of these single use vessels still contain paraffin, parabens and harmful phthalates.

As a consumer, you can make a difference in how you choose to candle. We are seeking to create new norms of candling responsibly, together. These small, and significant choices, impact not only the health of our homes, but also deepen our commitment to care for our planet for the future generations to come.
